You're confirmed for your 2027 Medicare Plan Review.

We will review plans available in your area and help you choose coverage based on your specific needs, medications, and preferred pharmacy.

Please have the following available:

1. Original Medicare ID Card (red, white, and blue ID card)

2. Medication List

Have a list of your current medications available that includes the name of the medication, dosage, frequency, and quantity of refill.  

3. Computer and Internet Access

It is not required, but please try and have access to a computer or tablet.  We do not recommend that you use a smartphone.
